At Early Years Resources we have gathered together a super range of early years ICT teaching equipment. The products are useful in their own right but can also be utilised to introduce ICT throughout the EYFS and KS1 curriculum.We have a programmable robot called Bee-Bot with a selection of floor mats to accompany it (making it suitable for use in Numeracy, Literacy and more). We have carefully selected a number of radio controlled vehicles (with an increasing complexity of remote control) and a metal detector – perfect for use within the Knowledge and Understanding of the World strand of the EYFS. Our Early Years ICT equipment also extend to simplified lowercase keyboards, lowercase keyboard stickers and mini computer mouse. Our colour-coded computer mice and lowercase keyboards are also perfect for children with special needs.
We have a range of audio equipment available in our early years ICT teaching resources collection, which is ideal for encouraging speaking and listening skills, such as headphones, a cd player suitable for up to 6 headphones at once (the Easi Listener), and a recording microphone (the Easi Speak). We also have a Talk Tracker and a Talking Photo Album.
Our visual equipment includes a digital camera that is also a digital video camera (Tuff Cam 2), two types of digital microscopes and a digital viewer (the Easi View) that can all be viewed on a PC or on an interactive whiteboard.
