The cards combine photography with illustration to create fun and engaging activities that children will love. The teacher guide gives warm up exercises and sample routines. Integrate exercises across the curriculum through activities and projects.
The routines are perfect for both motivating reluctant learners whilst helping to clear the minds of excitable students so they focus more closely on their school work. The cards are separated into three Challenge levels.
