Like many businesses, we may experience delays on a small number of products due to manufacturing and delivery delays as many suppliers continue to adapt as a result of COVID-19.
As always, we are working hard with our suppliers to maintain a high level of availability on products. Some direct delivery items may be subject to extended delivery times during this time.

As per the industry standards our couriers will guarantee to deliver to pavement/kerb side level only.
Please note due to the varied product types and suppliers we may part ship your orders to ensure you receive the reserved items as soon as possible. Any remaining items would then be on back order and sent out on future deliveries.
Ordering for a school? Please can you email us your order number and school closure date to avoid any problems with your delivery, any questions please contact our Customer Services Team.Deliveries can be made during school holidays and we would therefore ask you to advise us of this so we can action this for you. Otherwise during the school holidays dates orders will be stored until schools re open.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Mainland UK Delivery
All orders placed online over the total value of £75.00, excluding VAT will be delivered free of charge. Orders with an order total of under £75.00, excluding VAT will be subject to a £5.95 carriage charge.
Orders placed via Phone, Email or Post over the total value of £150.00 excluding VAT, will be delivered free of charge. Orders below £150.00 excluding VAT will be subjected to a delivery charge of £5.95 excluding VAT.
Northern Ireland Delivery
All orders placed online for delivery to Northern Ireland will be subject to a £15.00 carriage charge.
Unfortunately we cannot take orders from the Republic of Ireland from our UK website, please visit our International Website for more information.
Outside Mainland UK
Orders placed for delivery outside mainland UK will be subject to a minimum carriage charge of £25.00. Each order will be reviewed on an individual basis and if the carriage charge exceeds £25.00 our Customer Service Team will contact you.
Surcharges will apply for deliveries outside of Mainland UK for oversized items. Please contact our Customer Service Team for accurate pricing.
Our 2 Day Delivery Service
Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt and goods which are in stock will be dispatched within approximately 2 working days. This does not include made to order products.
At times of high demand the delivery timescale may have to be extended, however we will endeavour at all times to meet our estimated timescale of 2 days. Early Years Resources will not accept liability for loss, damages or expenses arising from the delayed delivery of any goods. Please contact our Customer Service Team for further details.
Made to Order
Some products may come directly from our manufacturers and some products may be made to order with varied delivery times. In both instances this will be indicated on your sales invoice.
It is our policy to deliver orders complete where possible. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, and send it to you when in stock.
If a delivery is refused once it has left our warehouse Early Year Resources reserves the right to charge for the cost of delivery and the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse, the minimum charge is £15.00. To assist with deliveries during school holidays please indicate opening times when placing orders.
