Father’s Day is just around the corner and what better way to give thanks than with this homemade card! The ultimate personal touch for this special day. Suitable for all ages. Follow the simple instructions below for this father’s day card:

Art materials you will need:
- A4 yellow patterned card
- Blue card
- Sheet of blue glittery fun foam
- Gold elastic cord
- Glittery fun foam stars
- White paper
- 3D mount pads
- Hole punch
- Scissors
- Glue
- Pen
- Pencil
Instructions for your father’s day card:
Step 1: Take the sheet of A4 yellow patterned card and fold it in half to make a greeting card.
Step 2: Use a pencil to trace an outline of a mask onto the sheet of blue card. Neatly cut it out with scissors. Decorate the mask by sticking on glittery fun foam stars.
Step 3: Punch a hole either side of the mask. Cut a length of gold elasticated cord and thread it through the holes to make a strap. Knot it in place.
Step 4:Attach the completed mask to the greeting card with 3D mount pads. The recipient of the card can then detach the mask to wear after receiving the card!
Step 5:Cut out a rectangle of white paper to measure 12cm x 2cm. Use a pen to write ‘You’re my superhero!’ on the paper rectangle. Mount the caption onto a slightly larger piece of glittery blue fun foam. To finish, stick the caption onto greeting card, just underneath the mask.
