Shipping And Handling Free delivery on orders above £150.00 ex vat , for orders below £150.00 ex vat , please add £5.95 for carriage , this applies to mainland UK only.
Delivery of large items: Furniture, large play equipment etc. may incur an additional delivery charge. If this is the case we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Orders out side mainland UK is charged at a different rate even if the website enters a free carriage or a carriage of £5.95 .
Outside mainland UK is classed as any order that needs to cross water to any of the islands for examples Isle of man , Isle of white , Guernsey , Jersey, Europe, US, etc.

Express delievery:
What does it mean:
Express orders must reach us by 10 oclock in the morning during office hours (Monday to Friday 9 to 5) . if you place an order on saturday or sunday , it will reach us on monday morning and delivery will be made to you with in 48 hours.
We can not offer an express delivery if the item is one of the followings, Direct delivery items or made to order items, however if you place an order and some items of your order are made to order or direct, we will deliver the rest on an express .( Not all items are marked direct or made to order but mainly it applies to furniture)
There are no deliveries on Saturday or Sundays , deliveries are made monday to friday from 9 to 5 oclock and we are unable to control the time of delivery.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 to 5 working days . At times delivery may be longer.
We are unable to leave orders with neighbour or leave orders around the garden. All orders must be signed for by the person whom placed the order.
However if you need your order urgently please use the express service situated on the main page of this website marked special notice, and to make sure that we have received your order, please contact us using email or telephone.

Back Orders It is our policy to deliver orders complete and carry 95% of all catalogue products in stock only 5% of our products is on a direct delivery basis . If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, and send it to you when instock.
It is always a good idea to contact our office after about 10 days to get uptodate information regarding the back orders. |

Returns Policy Catalogue entry: although the greatest care is taken to ensure that the catalogue description are accurate, colour and product details can not be guaranteed and may be subject to change without prior notice.
Title of the goods: The ownership of the goods does not pass on to the customer until the invoice has been fully paid.
Claims: Our customer care must be notified of short deliveries / damaged goods / faulty goods within 2 days of receipt of goods. A signature made against a delivery is confirmation that the customer has received the goods as stated on the invoice.
PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY OF GOODS UNLESS YOU HAVE CAREFULLY EXAMINED THEM FOR DAMAGE OR MISSING PACKAGES.
Goods should not be returned without contacting our Customer Care Line within 2 days of receipt of goods. Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis.
Should an item need to be returned it must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. There will be a £25 collection charge and a 15% restocking charge plus VAT.
Refused Delivery: If a delivery is refused once it has left our warehouse, you will be charged for both the cost of the delivery and the cost of return to our warehouse in accorddance with the size of the item or order (minimum charge £25).
Cancellation Policy: If an item is damaged in transit, the Company will replace the damaged goods. However, if the replacement is refused and the item is cancelled by the customer, there will be a cancellation fee of £25 and an administration charge, that is 15% of the value of the item, will be added.
